We want you to be satisfied with all purchases from Artport Online and pride ourselves to work hard ensuring you remain a happy and cheerful customer.
 
You must notify us within 3 days receiving delivery that the item is faulty and returned at your own expense.
 
Change your mind? We do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind about a purchase, so please make sure you choose carefully.
 
You must contact info@artport.co.nz for reasons of the return and we will happily assess and direct you from then onwards.
 
 
 
FAULTY
 
You must contact info@artport.co.nz explaining the fault and provide images to assess. We will deem item faulty at our own discretion.
 
If the goods are faulty, we will provide you with either a replacement, exchange or refund your money back guaranteed less the cost of shipping.
