Shipping Information

Wrapped and dispatched to arrive perfectly, at Artport we not only ask you to take the memory with you, we go to some trouble to make sure it will arrive in perfect condition.

Delivery

One to three days for deliveries within New Zealand and six to ten working days (approx) to just about anywhere else in the world. We will e-mail you when the work has been sent, along with an expected date of arrival.

Within New Zealand

Door to Door service, delivered by Fastway Courier, Post Haste or Super Freight. Select an address where someone will be available to sign for package.

International

International orders (if large items) are sent by NZ Courier and small items will be sent by International Air Mail.

Insurance

Insurance is included in all courier charges.

Upon delivery, a signature will be required to accept goods and you will be responsible for paying all applicable duties and/or taxes for your order.

If packages are refused upon delivery, the customer will be responsible for all duties/taxes and return shipping. Original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Refund and Returns

If any item is faulty or damaged we will repair, replace or refund if you advise us within 24 hours or receipt, while meeting our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act. This is so that we may lodge a claim with the courier company, under whose terms and conditions specify that outside of this time frame, claims will not be processed.

All images of items on our website are taken using a high resolution camera and are therefore a true colour representation.  However, Artport is not responsible for any distortion of colour viewed on your own screen.
